In this video (audio only), I discuss the stresses of the holiday season and how one can feel fragmented. I touch upon seasonal depression, self realization of discontent as well as grief. Within this audio, I also offer a quick ritual to call back parts of the self and additional guidance in managing the holidays. The images within this video are distant from any holiday iconography for those who need a reprieve from the imagery.
