Spiritual and Psychic Protection
A couple of methods and practices that can assist and ensure safety in today’s modern world.
First step in addressing any spiritual and/or psychic attack is you must determine at first if it is indeed such an attack of that nature. You must go see a certified medical professional to determine if there are any underlying health issues that are the cause of your symptoms. After visiting a certified medical professional (assuming all is well), if you don’t have any preexisting conditions and are normally healthy then the logical determination is a spiritual/psychic attack.
Some of the most obvious signs of a spiritual/psychic attack include (but not limited to), fatigue, headaches, depression and/or suicidal thoughts (extreme cases), aches and pains, localized pain, muscle spasms, nightmares and if you are psychic the most common symptom is horrifying imagery.
How can anyone even achieve the feat of spiritually and or psychically attacking someone? You’d be surprised as to how easy it is. Don’t be alarmed at the previous sentence! For every attack, for every curse, for every hex, there are counters, reversals and ways to break the curse that can be employed.
To answer the previous question, there are some individuals who are generally unhappy and believe that it is in their power to cause harm. They believe they have a right to. These are not your everyday practitioners or even your everyday neutral practitioners (think of spell work pertaining to justice or the acceleration of karma), these are the individuals who have beliefs catering towards revenge or jealousy. They may relish in causing harm and/or exercising power over others. Some harmful individuals would be called energy vampires. They are just trying to aggravate you and dampen your spirits, draining you of your personal power. From using benevolent tools in a goetic fashion to the summoning of entities that are purely evil to bring about the worst outcome up to and including to death.
It doesn’t take much to disarm a harmful practitioner which is one of the reasons that even outing them can cause them to feel the effects of their own work. Determine who or what is behind the attack and they may start to feel a little bit unwell. Keep in mind, these are the individuals who actually live in fear, the opposite vibration of the Divine Realm and of course the Creator. At the mere presence of an archangel, god/goddess and/or an ascended master they will cower. The calling of benevolent beings can also assist an individual who is being targeted by harmful spell work and/or experiencing a psychic attack.
Here are some of the known methods of an attack. This way a person can be fully aware that they are under a spiritual/psychic attack.
Feeling as though you are being watched. Sensing a pair of eyes or an attempt of a remote viewing (experienced psychics can determine the difference between a pair of eyes from an entity/psychic or an actual remote viewing). Remember, you will feel a bit uneasy, this is in no way being compared to anxiety and/or paranoia. The idea of cameras can pop into your mind that may indicate that someone is trying to see you. Some may misread the image of a camera in the mind. One would think the need for security primarily.
The feeling that a sharp needle is piercing areas of the body (a big sign of malignant practitioner or entity). These two specific examples are a sure way to eliminate any notion that you may be experiencing a physical health issue and is one of the first questions any Lightworker/practitioner would ask when trying to assist you.
How do you combat harmful work? How can you ward off abhorrent, obnoxious people and revolting, hellish entities? Listed below are many ways to address these attacks, the most important thing that you have to remember is to remain calm. That is the only way you can resolve the matter.
One of the most often employed methods of protection and the is one of the basics is the sphere or bubble method.
Sphere/Bubble Method
Items: White tea light candle (optional), candle snuffer (optional)
Time: Morning
Method 1: With a tea light candle
Take five minutes in the morning or if you are up before sunrise wait till the sky is starting to illuminate. If it’s possible (weather permitting) and try to be under sunlight, it can assist with visualization. Think of the Sun, this blazing, ball of fire comprised of gas. If you have a tea light candle (if you don’t, skip to the next section), after spending a minute or so under sunlight, light the candle. If you cannot go outside, still conceive the outside environment indoors.
Visualize the Sun’s rays hitting the tea light candle, charging the candle. In your mind the flame is so powerful it has turned completely white. After another minute of visualizing the flame at its brightest state, envision the white flame projecting from the candle, a wave that will envelop your entire body, a bit above your head and of course underneath your feet.
For just one more minute, see the sphere glowing at the edges, pulsing with power (dimming and brightening intermittently). The actual sphere is a bubble of gas that can incinerate any harmful work being sent. When you feel as though the sphere is secure around your form (you may sense bit tingles on your body) you can snuff out the candle. If possible try not to blow out the candle and if it’s safe, go back (if you were outside) inside and let the candle burn all the way through till it extinguishes on its own.
Method 2: No tea light candle
Timing is the same, if at all possible try to be outside under the Sun. If you cannot go outside then picture yourself outdoors, underneath the Sun rays. For two to three minutes either feel the Sun’s rays warming your body or imagine the same sensation if you are indoors. Conceptualize the outline of your body, millimeters from the skin starting to glow. From the color gold the glow will then turn bright white. Think of your own aura, the body’s natural energy defense system. Then, when you feel as though you have accumulated much of the Sun’s rays and feel the energy is incredibly powerful, start to project the outline of your body into a sphere, just above your head and below your feet. The sphere is glowing periodically, a bright white outline. In the space between you and the outline is thick, transparent gas, one would think plasma. For an additional two minutes, know that the sphere is impenetrable. Once you are finished, carry on about your day.
You can think of the sphere in its entirety glowing bright white or apply the crystalline sphere right after the Estilo de Creación/Fire of Creation method.
The crystalline method or diamond method is a similar concept. Apply the same steps described above. You can think of the Sun or the Universe. You can also think gems/crystals stones such as amethyst, labradorite, iolite, spirit quartz and of course diamond. If you have these stones incorporate them into your psychic spell work (just make sure they are cleansed and I recommend that they are charged via sunlight or moonlight). A crystalline sphere is almost the same only the sphere only it is comprised of crystals/diamonds. Think of the Earth’s magnetic field, the crystals and/diamonds are held together by blue and/or white energy cords. Think of a bubble with grid lines. See the image below.
Return to Sender
Do you have any stones handy? Or a reflective object or a mirror? This is a simple yet powerful tool. You can picture a giant reflective surface projected on the front of your body, behind your body or even the side. One can think of the stone obsidian or better yet, black tourmaline. It can negate any additional spell work paired with attack. If you sense negative energy being sent to you, you can picture the negative energy (however you perceive that particular work) rebounding off the surface at a fast pace, hitting whomever or what has targeted. You can visualize a mirror with a diamond frame, danburite frame, yellow jasper and yellow tiger eye. You can also create a physical object with mirrors, charged with intention and the energies of crystals and celestial bodies.
One trick I have, is any stone can be reflective. I have even thought of the stones in protective shapes such as a cross or a pentagram, hexagram (Star of David). Think of crystal paired with sacred geometry. They are known as crystal grids. You may think of Metatron’s Cube which can be utilized for protection. You don’t even have to know who it is, just know the harmful work was sent back. Keep in mind this, you cannot determine who or what has attacked you. I always thought of it as instant karma. No one should ever target benevolent practitioners and/or Lightworkers and in today’s society it can still happen.
The Black Pool/Black Water Method
This particular method allows for any negative work to be sent to a void to be absorbed and transmuted. Think of a very dark environment, the ocean or a pool at night. The water is so dark, and the only source of light is a full moon, its rays being reflected off of the waves. Conjure an image of all negative work entering the pool of water. Once it enters you can no longer see it. It has disappeared. Know that it has been transmuted and has dissolved into the water.
One may think the water is corrosive and will never allow anything that is malevolent reside, it will always be an environment for transformation. Since the Moon is associated with Divine Feminine, the water is a catalyst for a metamorphosis. Think of all the things negative at its core, must evolve into something else that can seen by light. If it cannot be turned into something of benevolence, then it can permanently alchemized and it becomes a part of the water. The spell work will cease to exist and whomever had sent it (human or entity) will never be able to utilize that particular spell again for it will always find its way to the water.
Tools
There are various tools that can aid any individual Lightworker/practitioner or not can incorporate in their daily routine to protection. Holy water is something everyone should be familiar with since it has been used and is still being used to this very day from various individuals of many faiths. I would use a good amount and pour a bit on my head and splash some of it on my face, avoiding my eyes for the obvious safety reasons. You can purchase holy water at any religious goods store/botanica or metaphysical store. These places are more or less the same however, there are stores that feature products exclusive to one religion. There are so many other waters that can be added as a part of your daily spiritual routine and can be used in the event of an attack. You may have heard of some of these waters such as, Florida Water (Agua Florida), generic protection water (All purpose), block the evil eye (Contra Envidia) and waters that are created specifically for other matters that you may find useful.

Here is a tip to really enhance any water that you purchase or create on your own. Imagine the water you are using is glowing with a bright blue and white light, whether it is still in the bottle or the water is in your hand. See in your mind that the water has become iridescent or filled with flakes of silver or platinum reflecting light like a prism (rainbow of colors) and that it is on your skin after you have put on the water. After you have finished visualize your body glowing and know that you are protected from any negative energy.

You can place your charged stone in your receptive hand (the hand that is not your dominant/writing hand) and visualize the power of the stone emanating these charged particles or depending on the stone you may think of energy cords. You may think the charged particles or the energy cords are going to look exactly like the stone, but you can picture blue, white or gold bright particles/cords. As they start to enter your body through your skin or veins (closest to your hands will be the veins in your wrists), envision the particles or cords traveling through your body entering your nervous system or your circulatory system. For about a minute or two (after the particles or cords have effectively been conceptualized through the body) Here is an image of what you should be viewing in your mind after just to have an idea.

Once you feel as though your body is glowing (vibrating at an accelerated rate) you can put down the stone if you used the particle technique. If you thought of cords, see the cords wane from the stone and from your body till they dissipate or dissolve. You and the stone are now disconnected. The stone has now dimmed and can be stored in a safe place.
You can also integrate crystal grids physical (creating them and having them in a place where they won’t be disturbed) or mentally. Having some knowledge on how they are created with an understanding of sacred geometry can really aid you when you determine that there are negative energies around or malevolent energies in an environment. If you feel as though you are being targeted crystal grids can add a layer of defense.
Circles, squares and triangles are common when you think of a psychic structure that can become a three dimensional object and it is no different when you think of them in the spiritual sense. They all lend the impression of protection to begin with. Crystal grids do not have to be complex as the ones commonly pictured and you can construct grids of your own. A square with a circle within it is a simple invention that can be created right now that is associated with protection.
Placing crystals at the four corners of a square is the first step. With a circle you can place a crystal at the center that can power the circle or at the top and bottom and the left and right of the circle. You are the crystals are charging the shape it is in. Each line or side of the square is charged with the vibration or energy of the crystals, same as the circle. The square and the circle are now glowing, ready to take shape. A sphere within a cube.
As you may think of the sphere method spoken of in the previous paragraphs, this is a bit more intricate but a very powerful tool to utilize. If it is a physical grid, place a photo of yourself in the grid. When thinking of a crystal grid in your mind, place yourself at the center of the grid. Think of this grid as existing if the physical environment. When you feel as though vibration of the grid is activated (physical or spiritual sensation will inform you) open your eyes. You yourself are emitting a powerful frequency which would cause anyone who has mal intent to want to stay away from you.
Here is an extra step! When you open your eyes (unless you visualize with your eyes open, many perform acts of magic this way) the structure (beams) is right before you. You are safe in the energetic grid (force field). Feel free to carry on about your day.

Before I get to calling/summoning High Vibrational Beings/High Frequency Beings, I am going to cover herbs and plants. They are a valuable resource for protection and defense. Here is a link for herb bundles and uses. I am very big proponent for the usage of sage and palo santo that have en ethically sourced as I thought of the ever present issue of the depletion of white sage. Herbs such as mugwort are exceptionally wonderful to have. Make sure to confer with a certified medical professional before you ingest anything or if you are sensitive to smoke. They are other alternatives to smoke cleansing (smudging) such as sprays.

There are certain plants and flowers that are around locally (in your backyard, parks and buildings) or can be purchased with the very intention of protecting you and your home or office. Lavender is a wonderful plant that allows for the vibrations of peace, but it can be a force of nature in terms of maintaining a firm thick wall between you and negative entities and/or vibrations. The color purple (the highest frequency color) paired with the color white (one should think of the fire of creation) often associated with the Divine Realm, allows this plant to really act as hard surface that can absorb and deflect any attack. Lavender is often used for psychic protection as well and it can be found in various products across the world. From candles to lotions and to the actual plant, have it located somewhere in your home or office. The bedroom is a marvelous place to have lavender.
Lilac is another flower/plant of great power and can be used for banishing any unwanted energies. Similar to lavender, it can be used almost anywhere.
Mint is a phenomenal plant that can really pack a punch in terms of defense. If you have ever smelled it, it can even clear up minor congestion in the physical dimension, imagine what it can do spiritually. Mint doesn’t absorb it literally destroys.
Marigolds in its beautiful displays of color can act as a quick shield in terms of psychic defense and it can be used as a deterrence. A stunning flower that can push away anyone or anything that has mal-intent towards you.
Roses are often associated with love but can act as a safeguard. Depending on the color which should match intention, it can be cruel just as it is considered to be beautiful given the thorns the stem of the flower naturally has. Having roses around the home states that you are a kind person, but if someone were to attempt to harm you, they may shed their own blood. You may think of a single rose but those who have been caught in a rose bush always leave with scratches. As a psychic guard, it is wonderful.
Think of the frequencies of plants like the plants aforementioned above and that they are very similar to how you incorporate the energies of crystals, you can do the same with plants. Picture the auric field of the plant, the colors in the field matching the color of the plant, making its way towards you and covering your body.
You can even carry some of these plants in a pouch or sachet and have them in your pocket or purse. Don’t forget to thank nature if you are using plants!
Speaking of sachets (sometimes can be referred to as mojo bags), no post would be complete without mentioning salt. A tiny bowl of salt (sea salt being the best, but any salt will do) located at the entrance of your home and at any rear exits. Even a tiny pouch of salt is great to have on hand just to sprinkle around. See the salt powered in your mind. Each grain is a charged particle of protection.

Picture the archangel descending from the heavens, sword in hand prepared to go into battle. Let the image of the archangel come to you, sometimes he can arrive as he is classically depicted or in another likeness. When envisioning him coming from the heavens think of him as the classic rendition, eventually he will reveal himself and the environment will shift noticeably. It may be a little warmer. You can detect his presence intuitively and it is exactly what you would expect. You are in the presence of a highly powered authoritarian being. He will address whatever is attacking you. When the situation has been resolved, you will know. Just say thank you and bid him farewell.
St. Gabriel the Archangel
Just as powerful as St. Michael, Archangel Gabriel can perform the same duties as Archangel Michael. Here is a prayer from Georgie G. Deyn from http://www.georgiegdeyn.com that I believe is amazing.
“Divine Beloved Creator God, I ask that you send me the gentle yet powerful Archangel Gabriel to be by my side, to guide me, giving me strength and courage, faith and trust. May his flames of white light purify and clear all blocks and obstacles within my path this day and every day.”
Visualize the archangel coming to you in the same fashion as the Archangel Michael. You should a sense of calmness when the Archangel Gabriel is in the room. When you are near his proximity, you can detect his power.
Keep in mind this, you can create your own prayers to invoke these powerful beings!
St. Raphael the Archangel
The next archangel you can call would be Raphael. Known as “God’s healer”, he is magnificent to call when you are feeling unwell due to negative energies or hex work. While Raphael can go into battle like his aforementioned siblings, he is phenomenal at healing and restoration as he can remove obstacles in your life. He is truly is a remarkable ally. Same visualization techniques as prior. Archangel Raphael presence would the definition of peace and reassurance. The fastest and the most proficient healer, other Archangels have called him to assist in many conflicts pertaining to physical and mental health, something I have known of. I myself have called him and felt the effects of healing. He can at times be immensely quiet but his workings are unmistakable and noticeable.
St. Uriel the Archangel
Archangel Uriel is another High Vibrational Being with the association of wisdom as well as salvation and fire. He is also the angel of Tartarus. The Archangel Uriel is a being that can remove any blockages in your path as well offer tremendous guidance as to addressing any challenges in your life. In terms of negative or malevolent work, he can perform the very same duties as the Archangel Michael. Just as with the other archangels, conceptualization is the same. The Archangel Uriel can have an impact in an environment and an impression of gravity that is noticeable. When I have shared the same space with the Archangel Uriel, it was the equivalency of being with a someone who is a dominant figure. Metatron the Archangel
The Archangel Metatron is the only archangel that was rumored to have walked the Earth as Enoch. Known as the scribe of God as well as the Lesser YHWH or the Chancellor of Heaven, he is almighty and can immediately be identified when he is engaged in a conflict. He can assert command of any situation, given his position in heaven. He can perform the same duties as the other archangels and is extraordinary in healing the spiritual/light body. You may know of his cube that was mentioned previously in the post, another wonderful way to heal the body as well as lift any negative work. Envision the Archangel coming towards you from the heavens. Know that he is profound and is here to assist you. His vibration is one of where everything else has come to a standstill. In his presence, I have received many answers to questions I have asked in regard to my personal path as well as direct guidance. An other way to call the archangels is a ritual known as the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (LBRP).
